Modern Slavery Statement
We are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
As a UK-based SME technology company with annual turnover below the threshold set out in Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are not legally required to publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement. We publish this statement voluntarily to demonstrate our commitment to ethical business practices and to support our public sector and commercial customers.
Our business provides software and professional services and employs its staff directly under contracts of employment. We carry out right-to-work checks where required, pay at or above the applicable National Minimum and National Living Wage, and do not use forced, unpaid or informal labour.
We have assessed the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chain and consider it to be low due to the nature of our business. Our supply chain consists primarily of established software vendors, cloud service providers and professional service organisations. We seek to work only with reputable suppliers that share our commitment to ethical business practices and will not knowingly engage with organisations involved in slavery or human trafficking.
If we become aware of any concerns relating to modern slavery within our business or supply chain, we will investigate them promptly and take appropriate action.
This statement is reviewed annually as part of our management review process, including our ISO 27001 information security management system, and will be updated where appropriate to reflect any changes in our business or supply chain.
